We better alert all our family and friends to the idiots who want to limit methane gas because that is just a control idea to make us vegetarians. Look at Bill Clinton. Do you want to look like that? Give me meat. Besides the processing to make meatless protein is likely much more damaging with much more artificial ingredients than real food. People can be evil and stupid.
BTW, there are plenty of non-meat, non-processed protein foods. To each his or her own. I’d guess that meat only comprises around 5-10% of my diet nowadays, and I feel much healthier than I did when I was younger and attempted to adhere to the so-called “food pyramid” we were brought up with.
AMAC is the conservative answer to AARP. I imagine it will have more benefits as it catches on.

886 of the total number of 2254 of adverse event description 'stroke' reported to VAERS are for Covid-19 'vaccines' (approx 5 records are not classified by manufacturer). That's 39% of all published reports of strokes for all vaccines in the VAERS database.

There are, indeed, many smart people here, and I keep hoping some of it will rub off on me.

I love history and geneology. My dad took it as far as he could without Internet or DNA testing. I did the DNA testing along with more research to find out how far back we went and to verify what he found. When my first ancestor from Scotland came here he landed in the Appalachians and the family has mostly stayed in the area. I can remember my great-grandfather calling people that didn’t live in the mountains Lowlanders. :-) He was born in 1865 at the end of the Civil War and taught me a lot of real history about that time.
I wish people passed down their oral history like my family always did.
