Hey dumbass - They're called STANDARD capacity magazines!

Funny that the only 'expert' they could find just happens to be President of 'Colorado Ceasefire'.

More evidence that gun laws don’t work. Lawbreakers will always find a way to accomplish their goals.

DeGette....

The same moron who actually said in public that magazines get thrown away after they’re emptied because they’re no good after they’re spent.

By the Way-— what was the CONCLUSION of the “Pinkerton” supposed “detective” protecting a jew-”ish” NBC Boulder/Denver producer “covering” the “BACK THE BLUE” pro- police rally- think it was in Boulder, perhaps Denver.

A rally in which a Cowboy Hat designer/maker was SHOT DEAD by a lying LEFTIST shooter, and who had the entire episode still photo’d by Denver Post photog (positioned in the right place by the BLM/AntiFA producers, who were photo’d together prior).... On video drawing and firing his 9mm into the guy who had only pepper sprayed him, and pushed him away.

What has happened to this “peaceful” bee— keeper supposed organic boy MURDERER with two high capacity pistol mags?

Asking all CO FReepers for a look see/follow up. This has been difficult in the run up to the stolen election and the aftermath of it to date. Needs to be exposed fully.

My dad, the comedian, had bought twenty 40rd mags plus enough ammo to fill them; he sent the empty mag plastic bags and empty ammo cartons to a friend in CA; his friend will distribute those here and there in some Mall and sit back to watch the fun.

Actually, Colorado law does NOT prohibit possession of 30 round magazines. The press has no idea what the hell it is talking about.

Well, if your search criteria for an expert is: someone who will say whatever the hand up ‘er butt tells ‘er to say, there yah go.
So, having smaller clips would simply mean more clips. Overall weight/volume not much different as the clip itself is not all that much.
Much ado about nothing. A bonehead determined to shoot will find a way — unless the Aholes in charge of the state permit widespread concealed carry. A lot of shooting sprees were stopped by some armed good guy deciding that he is not going to be a victim.

Who died and made her God?

How is it she is the person who decides what everyone else needs or not?

The government does not get to decide what citizens "need".

It is beyond their pay grade.

cry me a river, Ahole wimp!
those magazines are not illegal, they are protected by the 2A (notwithstanding any illegal “laws” you may have in your state)

and those magazines have never lept up and hurt you, either. they, like their firearm, are mere chunks of inert metal.

it is people who try to deprive the rest of us of our rights, and people who try to leave us defenseless against leftist and criminal street gangs and thugs.... people like you (speaker in article)... that are dangerous to us, dangerous to us all.

***If the magazines used in the Boulder shooting were not sold illegally,***
***Every state that borders Colorado allows the sale of large capacity magazines. ****

Enough said.

I was at our local Farm and Ranch store last week. They had a tub full of 30 rd PMag magazines. I didn’t need any but bought one anyway.

Wait... I thought the "magazine ban" was supposed to prevent people from using those bad old "high capacity" (*) magazines???!!!! You mean a criminal broke the law and used them anyway? I'm shocked, shocked I say! Gosh, it's almost like a criminal is going to be a criminal no matter what, and those un-Constitutional infringements don't work... ;-/

(*) Yes, I'm fully aware that a 30 round magazine is in fact actually "standard" not high capacity. Heck, to muzzle-loaders or break at the breach shotguns everything looks like "high capacity." Where you draw the line - 6, 7, 10, 15, 30, 100, belts... It is a completely arbitrary number.

Magazine capacity restrictions are idiotic for a couple of reasons. First, obviously, a criminal intent on committing dozens of counts of multiple felonies isn't going to be deterred by breaking another law or two.

Second, in typical mass shooting incidents it takes minutes, sometimes up to 10 to 15 minutes or more for an organized LE response to move in. So even if the criminal perpetrator decided to obey capacity limits, he or she would still have more than enough time to do whatever evil they came to do, even with the extra few seconds required for a couple of magazine swaps. The only time those seconds really count is if there is someone right there (ahem, such as an armed citizen) to put a stop to the criminal sooner rather than later. But of course they are trying to disarm all law abiding citizens... You could be forgiven for coming to the conclusion the people advocating for capacity limits *want* more deaths, more mass shootings...

“DA: Boulder shooter had 10 illegal large capacity magazines”

And if we can only disarm you law abiding citizens we will make everyone safe....except we can’t disarm criminals or keep illegal arms from flooding across the border but what the heck it’s the only thing we can do to further our plans of complete control.

So, the takeaway seems obvious. Passing laws does not prevent mass shootings. Because believe it or not, mass shooters don’t care about breaking laws. Yes, I am Captain Obvious. But here in CO with all the retarded Leftists, you have to play Captain Obvious.
