They’re coming for you next: Company documents as well as interviews have confirmed that the health insurance company Cigna actively discriminates against whites in its hiring practices, as well as runs training sessions using Critical Race Theory that aims at making all whites, males, and Christians ashamed of what they are, because by definition such people are automatically racist bigots.
The original story is here. From the first link:
“Given the hiring practices they have in place where white, male candidates are blocked, regardless of qualifications, I have to say, ‘Yes, there’s obvious discrimination at this company,’” an anonymous employee told the Washington Examiner.
In chat logs reviewed by the Examiner, a hiring manager rejected a candidate with strong credentials who had performed well in an interview — because the hiring manager mistakenly thought the candidate was white. An employee corrected the manager, noting that the candidate was indeed a minority, and then the manager said she was excited to hire him, despite learning almost nothing else about his background.
An employee also suggested a candidate with years of industry experience, but the hiring manager said the candidate, a white man, could not be interviewed because he did not meet the diversity criteria. Some employees told the Examiner that these racial quotas often translate to an inability to fill jobs in departments focused on tech or data. “I can’t fill these jobs,” an employee said.
The training is as bigoted, singling out whites, Christians, and males for specific condemnation, as the bigoted program Critical Race Theory routinely does. The training also buys into the anti-American and factually incorrect 1619 project, which falsely claims that racism and slavery were central to the making of the United States, when the facts clearly show that they were peripheral and counter to everything the American nation was built on. (In fact, I have a new book, Conscious Choice: The Origins of Slavery in America and Why it Matters Today and for our Future in Outer Space., that is finally close to publication that proves beyond a shadow of doubt the complete lie of the 1619 project.)
While the company denied it discriminates against whites, it also did not explicitly deny the content of the story.
Soon to change their company name to Nigna.
Perhaps white guys need to exclusively just do business with other white guys.
Perhaps we just do that. If everyone else is discrimintng and not wanting to hire us, its the logical solution.
Oh yeah,
And also not do businesd with active white hating companies.
One day, we will say enough. But probably not today, or in my lifetime. Get yourself and your family somewhere safe.
Or Pigma
File a hostile work environment lawsuit
Actually CIGNA and others are outsourcing many agents to India (and to a lesser extent) the Philippines...
Sorry to say, this is nothing new. American citizens working in IT have been blacklisted by Indian recruiters for years. Our complaints against H1B, L1, and other visa holders, even in their staying here taking over IT have gone ignored. Like too many topics, it is racist to complain, making you doubly unemployable.

Done. They are staying in the Philippines. I would never subject my kids to US education indoctrination.
Or perhaps in Central or Eastern Europe if the opportunity presents itself.
The White American/European is not hated in SE Asia (yet)
Racist, sexist bigots at Cigna. Boycott.

Yeah, Americans will be stuck in low paying blue- or white-collar work, as Mexicans and Indians take most or all of the skilled blue- and white-collar work, respectively.
For those saying get a skilled trade. Have you seen the demographics of who are becoming skilled tradesmen? Not White Americans.
That’s why I was forced to flee to UK for work. After nearly 30 years of solid experience, about a thousand resumes submitted to recruiters and American companies and no results, I gave up on the US. Started applying overseas. My email was suddenly lit up with offers from overseas. I picked the best one. I start in June.
I did pick up a design job last month (my UK teaching position is only 34 weeks a year - considered full-time) to fill in the slack time.
Just start a Christian business. Christians come in all makes and models so they’ll get all the business of woke corporations! AMEN!
“I can’t fill these jobs,” an employee said.”
Eventually these companies are going to realize that blacks are only 13% of the population. In other words, they’re aren’t enough to go around.
They don’t want to hire whites, but they sure don’t mind taking their money. I just started on Medicare this year and picked a cigna drug plan, but next year I will reconsider.
i have Anthem, all the health insurance comanies are the same way full of Indians, not just in IT, but higher up now. glad i got layed off last year after 30yrs..
And it explains why any POC who enters the Diversity and Equity Industry (Diversity VP, etc) easily moves to better paid and more powerful positions once they get on that track; literally every corporation/institution these days has to prove they are woke. Nice work if you can get it.
I’ve had Anthem several years due to lack of choices.
They literally exclude white people from 100% of their visual ads (TV and mailed materials).
Now I am between a rock and a hard place. Cigna is my Medicare insurance because they cover me out of country. Others I have compared it with do not.
