Hence forth, there is no law enforcement in Minneapolis. No cop can be certain of lifting a hand and not being accused of a crime whenever he touches a criminal during arrest.

To be safe, the cop can only loudly shout “you are under arrest”. If the criminal is black, the cop must be careful not to say it to loud or in an offensive manner.

Democrat cities are going to continue to suffer from surges in crime due to the Ferguson Effect and the ensuing inability to hire competent police officers of any race. What police officer would ever hire onto a department in a Democrat city?

The Democrat politicians in these cities are not bleating about "de-funding the police" due to fake racism (and in defiance of black residents who overwhelming support increasing police), they're desperate to justify smaller police forces because they've already chased away viable candidates.
