Here’s video from several other cameras catching various parts of the entire incident not just the foot pursuit. That “angel” was with someone else, taller and older, and they both were involved in a shooting on a passenger vehicle and ran from it. That was what prompted the PD being called. In this video you can hear the LEO who corrals Toledo utter a short scream when the boy starts to lift his hands because he has what appears to be a firearm in his hand a fraction of a second before putting up his hands and appears to have swung it away behind him to land at the foot of the fence to his right. It appears to me the LEO thought the boy was about to aim the gun at him, thus he shot.

When I was young adult, I lived in a neighborhood like Little Village. Petty crime, vandalism, and occasional gun shots at night were common. I liked the big city, cheap rents, I didn’t really think it would affect me.
But I saw what it did to others. My roommate and I would do occasional grocery shopping for an old-lady next door who was afraid to walk to the store. Parents didn’t want their young children to leave the front porch.
Its amazing how one little criminal terrorist can destroy the fabric of neighborhood and cause anxiety and fear among hundreds of people. What about their rights?
America’s crappy, low IQ MSM never talks about that.

Curious that the media simultaneously mourns a 7-year-old Chicago girl who was killed by someone shooting into the car she was riding in....while romanticizing a 13-year-old Chicago boy who was shooting into passing cars. You can’t make this crap up.

I went to middle school with a little monster like this. In 8th grade he sunk a butcher knife in to some kid’s chest.
