That’s why brontosauruses grew such long necks. Had to see over the sea of T Rexes.
With those tiny little arms I think the T. Rex were scavengers.
Lots of pigs and cows and chickens have died in her mouth.

Why do you say that? T-Rex did not need arms to choke the prey. All that was needed was one bite of those 6” long dagger like teeth.
The Cretaceous Period lasted 80 millions years give or take. Why would 2.5 billion T Rexes be a stunning number?

Yeah but they are not all in North America. China+India = more than 1/3rd of humans currently alive. Try walking on the side walk in Mumbai downtown area in the evening.

Took three or four pieces of skeletons and extrapolated.
‘Course, if a thousand a year reached maturity each of those 2.5 million years, that’d be 2.5 billion right there. Maybe not an extraordinary total after all!

Needed a wild sounding headline to end the week.
While it sounds like a large number, it’s only about 1/3 the population of humans alive today.
Now think about that from the standpoint of evolutionary theory. Supposedly these would have evolved from something else substantially different, and that process would have involved only a fraction of that population. The problem is that there are not nearly enough mutational resources in such limited populations for natural selection to work with to lead to substantial innovations. (If there were we’d be seeing some really interesting new life forms simply from the current generation of humans, for example.)
The problem gets even worse considering very small populations like many whales, which supposedly evolved very substantially over time. If I were still an evolutionist it’s the sort of thing that would keep me awake at night.

There would be no need for jaws like that to pick up already dead animals lying on the ground. And with jaws like that, as with snakes, it would not need large arms.
They had to procreate instead of masturbate because of the short arms. It’s science.
