Viewers who have grown tired of late-night comedy’s incessant left-wing bias made their feelings known last week by giving Fox News Channel’s Gutfeld! a strong debut, handily beating NBC’s Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon while nipping at the heels of ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Gutfeld!, which stars long-time The Five co-host Greg Gutfeld, drew an average of 1.57 million viewers in its first five episodes last week. The show easily beat the Tonight Show, which averaged 1.38 million viewers and HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, with 1.08 million.
The show also outpaced Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Trevor Noah and TBS’ Conan.

I wonder if whatever forces typically seem to get hold of prominent media figures and tell them what they’re going to do if they know what’s good for them will sit down with Greg Gutfeld.
If I were ever to watch FOX it would be to watch Gutfeld. He is hysterically funny. He can make you laugh so hard the tears stream down your face.
I no longer watch Fox News, with the only regret being to no longer watch Gutfield or Carlson.
If Gutfeld has lead a relatively clean life, he should be ok.
He has a dry, biting humor - which I love. Columnist Mike Royko had this same humor too. It’s the best way to deal with liberals.

I detest Gutfeld.
I don’t support ‘the kids’.
I don’t have cable, but I watch Fox when I can grab something off of YouTube because I appreciate the journalism and forceful expression of good-sense opinion.
It’s the last really major news channel that has anything like honest ‘news’ people, instead of just political hacks and sycophants.
Gutfeld's show is a toned down version of Red Eye but at least it's watchable beginning to end.

I'm sure he detests you too but he appears to have at least a million and a half viewers that agree with him. You may have the millions of Fallon, Kimmel. Cuomo and Lemon supporters having your back.
I like and respect Carlson, Gutfeld, even Hannity to an extent. But not enough to watch Fox. Get rid of Wallace and Cavuto and then we’ll talk.
Don’t know what his format is ad I won’t watch, but if the premise is on guests visiting... Greg isn’t going to get many people that anyone has heard of.
Maybe you should watch it at least once, before declaring.
Greg is pretty good by himself, anyway.

I’m a pilot flying for a scheduled airline. A while back there was a flight heading to an airport and the flight crew over flew it. Gutless on Fox came on the set while the b’cast about it was on wearing a pilot’s cap and acting like he was either drunk or half a sleep. He was ridiculing the crew when actually what they were doing was checking their schedule and unfortunately wasn’t paying attention to where they were. They were not drunk or sleeping but Gutless not knowing the full story thought it would be fun to ridicule them, ever since I have no use for him.
