He is right, in a sense, even though he is wrong. Why didn’t we get shutdowns with H1N1 or other severe flu seasons? It is actually a fair question. But, he should still be a bit better informed.
Because this approach has been counter to CDC and WHO policies forever. But thanks to the Event 201 globalist conference in fall of 2019 Bill Gates convinced the global corporations and governments that it would be “necessary” to shut down the world’s economhy for a length of time to “stop the spread” of a pandemic (south American pig virus in their little October 2019 role play).

STAY OUT of the big cities and instead look up the venues on the edge of town NSEW. The big cities are only hosting cover bands if anything these days.

I think it’s a couple of other things. Dying with covid counted as dying of covid for one. Then there’s a matter of $14k that fedgov is giving states for each covid death. Does anyone not think hospital admins, workers and coroners in Big Blue cities, wouldn’t start calling everything covid? These are dem voters who’s motto for elections has been vote early and often. These are the same type of people that took part in the 2020 Steal. Then of course there’s the nursing home fiasco in 5 blue states.
Wouldn’t surprise me if the true number of covid deaths is a tenth of what we’re hearing.
Um... there were not 18 other Covids. The novel coronavirus is called COVID-19 because it showed up in the year 2019.
He also was not alive during the time of the great 1917-1919 pandemic of the “Spanish flu,” so has no personal experience with the fact that the country DID shut down and people were required to mask up during that time.
The above paragraph brings to mind exactly why so many people have fallen for misinformation and won’t believe the scientists who are actually studying the virus. We live in an age where infectious disease is mostly controlled. Although infectious diseases are still in the top ten list of causes of death, they are no longer responsible for over half the deaths that occur. This is because we developed vaccines, antibiotics, and antivirals that enable people to either avoid dangerous diseases or fight off those for which there are no vaccines. So, when a new disease comes along that is highly contagious and has a fairly high death rate, a minority of people do not believe it is serious because they never lived in an age when people were more likely to die of infectious disease than any other cause. They haven’t seen it, therefore it does not exist.
Dear Ted Nugent should have checked with a scientist before spouting off like that. He’s a rocker, not a scientist, and like any rocker, he should “Shut Up and Sing,” in the words of Ann Coulter.
If Uncle Ted hasn't a clue as to what he's talking about I'm not sure I want to follow him. Stick to rock and guns and hunting and thing he knows.
