The blood chemistry lab values taken from Floyd— are THE evidence that he was OVERDOSED on FENTANYL (which means Respiratory suppression— he. could. not. breathe. with or without any supposed “knee on his neck”— which did not occur as proven by videos from other angles). Floyd died of self induced overdoses of Fentanyl and other agents—things he took as a NON-recovering drug addict. The Fentanyl would have killed him with or without the police arrest.

Oh, and OJ Simpson most DEFINITELY murdered, in cold vicious blooded knife slashing (nearly removing her head, leaving one strip of back of the neck integument all the way through her trachea) of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson, and the additional murder of a WAITER, who was a platonic friend of Nicole Simpson— who had just come from the restaurant where he worked to return Nicole Simpson’s MOTHER’s sunglasses (which she called the restaurant to report her mother had left them there earlier in the day when the two of them dined there).

WHY SHOULD facts get in the way of the MONTHS of idiotic tribally stupid and inflamed mass hysteria built on LIES known to the poltical BLM (and the very white fellow Marxist/Fascist AntiFA) who engineered great loss of property and human life? Allow them to continue this LIE through FRAUD and ignorance of facts to attack a policeman who DID AS HE WAS trained, and arrested a dying drug addict. No, they can’t have that be the outcome— because it DISPROVES and condemns their entire narrative and actions. And, the US and foreign media LEFTIST’s narratives as well.

Of course! The only exception would be if the victim was a paleface cracker.

What is the rebuttal to the autopsy which shows he injested the drugs?

As usual, experts can be found whose opinions vary astronomically as to whether the dose was lethal for him or not. And then there is the matter of whether he was killed by Chauvin or not before the drugs had a chance to kill him, which is the same as killing him if he was stone sober.

Isn't the only person who can confirm that kind of dead?

No, the rule of evidence can confirm statements. As an example, FDR stated; "a day that shall live in infamy.." - the rules of evidence can confirm that.

Possibly, but it sounds pretty clear to me. Why didn’t they give him Narcan, though? Unless they’re not trained in it...I’m not sure everyplace uses it.

How will the rules of evidence confirm it if it's not clear from the video?

I would remind everyone here that we were reading the same thing about the trial of the Baltimore cops in the Freddie Gray case a few years ago.

Thanks for the reminder. There is some hope for sanity.

Nope. Coroner confirmed a lethal dose of fenedril in his system.

The Coroner will be testifying latter this week. I would be surprised if he changed his findings on the stand and said it was a drug overdose.

The officers who were there probably could, if any could be made to testify. They could even use the video to refresh their recollection.

But this witness certainly can't. The lawyer is asking a retained expert witness for his lay opinion on what he can hear in a video that is already in evidence. If the prosecution objected to that question, I think the judge would have to sustain it: the witness is in no better position and is no more qualified than the jurors to determine what is being said on the video. The video is already in evidence, and the lawyer is certainly free to argue to the jury in closing what he thinks Floyd is saying.

One of the investigating agents (into Floyd’s death), just confirmed on the stand that Chauvin is 5’9” 140lbs. There are super-models who aren’t much lighter than that. I don’t think I’ve weighed 140-lbs since 8th or 9th-grade. It wouldn’t be unreasonable to describe Chauvin as a petite, even diminutive man.

George from weighed (I believe) 100-lbs more and yet the prosecution would have people believe that he died because Chauvin had one knee on Floyd’s back. It’s nuts.

I have faith in the jury system...mostly. I don’t think they’re going to get a unanimous verdict to convict. But, it’s also hard to believe that jury is going to arrive at a unanimous vote to acquit.

Will they keep trying him or will they cut their losses? Plus, the Feds can take a crack, as well. We could be having Chauvin trials during the next presidential election, easily.

The Minneapolis Police Academy Final Exam has been revised. Question #37...

An officer is attempting to arrest a very large suspect who is resisting arrest when a crowd begins to form in the vicinity of the attempted arrest. The officer should:

a) Do whatever the crowd says to do if the crowd has reached a consensus.

b) Abort the attempted arrest and set the suspect free.

c) Abort the attempted arrest and purchase a candy bar for the suspect so the suspect may replenish the energy expended during the attempted arrest.

d) Abort the attempted arrest and purchase candy bars for the suspect and the crowd so they all may replenish energy expended during the attempted arrest.

And when the riots come, the Democrats and their accomplices in the media will use it to make the case for reparations, a step toward socialism, and call Republicans racists.

The jury is going to find Chauvin guilty, riots are going to happen anyway, and the verdict will be appealed.

The jury could very well find him not guilty, but that doesn’t matter. The riots, vandalism, theft, rape, assault and murder will continue after the show trial is over regardless.

I would love it if Chauvin were found not guilty.
I wonder if the Biden administration will go after them for violating Floyd’s civil rights if they are acquitted?

That's strange. I have the official autopsy on screen right now.
