I bring this up because I haven’t seen it anywhere on TV or the Press.
Kavanaugh (Supremes) already Votes with the Dems.
“Barett ... will probably turn out to be a solid liberal by the end.”
When it was almost certain she’d be “the one”, I noticed a few tiny red flags. They were my own opinions, and I know others feel differently. A few tiny flags added together made me very skeptical.
I’m kinda out of it right now. What do you mean?
‘
The Dems Vote together - 98% of the time.
Isn’t that something...
‘
The dems know how to defeat every branch of government by bribes and extortion. The repubs are careerists mainly interested in cashing in on their office perks and connections.
What do you expect from a bunch of Ivy League elites. Of course they are deep state.
Gorsuch left the Catholic Church to go to an ECUSA church.
There are only two reasons for this to happen:
1) You are a woman and want to become a priest.
2) You cannot accept the RC understanding of LGBTQI+
Since ECUSA went all in on gays, every Episcopal parish has become overwhelmingly homosexual. If this didn’t bother Gorsuch (and we know it didn’t) his votes on that issue have been completely predictable.
Even Coke, Delta Air, and MLB didn't have the guts to withstand the pressure. And it's going to get worse.
You won’t find an example of ANY judge that opined in a way that anyone would agree with 100% of the time.
There are different types of conservative justices. Textualism is different than Originalism which is different than Libertarianism which is different than Populism.
Scalia voted with arch liberals Brennan and Marshall in Texas v. Johnson (burning the American flag is free speech) in the same case that William Rehnquist dissented.
Scalia and Rehnquist were two different types of Conservative jurists.
Thomas and Scalia voted with three liberals in Kyllo (using a FLIR on a home) while arch liberal John Paul Stevens dissented in that case.
Scalia and Thomas joined Kagan, Ginsburg and Sotomayor in Florida v. Jardines when it came to using a drug sniffing dog on a home.
Alito was in the dissent in that case.
Byron White is another example of a Justice that is almost impossible to classify. He dissented in Roe, wrote the majority opinion in Bowers, and he generally hated substantive due process. Yet he often voted liberal when it came to race.
Constitutional ideology is far too complex to break down into a perfect left/right bracket like the moron class on both sides likes to pretend.
The problem is nominating Easterners who went to Ivy League schools. We need graduates from Western states and mid-West who were raised in rural communities, who own or owned guns, who served in the military, etc.
Oh my, you touched my heart with that one.....BRAVO!!!!

What a worm........another nadless coward!! “Ballsy” Ford has more than he does.......
Bush Sr and simple W didn’t realize Thomas and Alito were Constitutionalists v NWO globalists.
the only two,
now we are screwed
on issues involving trump or gays, yes, but otherwise no
Thank you for your post and it’s reality.
