A new real-time feedback, Delta Pulse, that was created by Delta Airlines with the hope of improving its service, but the feedback system has led to a number of abusive comments about flight attendants on the flight.

One flight from Manchester to JFK was a nightmare. So bad...I sent a certified letter directly to the CEO. When I flew hack...a lot better. But that was in 1999 and I bet a letter, now, would be tossed in the trash.
Delta needs to go green. Fire the “Chubbies” and cut the gross laden weight to save Jet Fuel!

I left Delta years ago when they started treating high mileage flyers as so much baggage.
I liked the gay flight attendants on Delta. They always gave me free drinks!
It’s the unions. It’s impossible to get rid of attendants with seniority.
It used to be that airlines could hire college students who wanted to make some extra money.
I think that this news should be spread far and wide until Delta stops trying to make it easier for dead people to vote.

Delta sucks.
The whole flying experience has deteriorated over the last 25 years.
Airline terminals are nothing more than carpeted bus stations. People fly dressed like slobs and have no manners.
Passengers attempt to cram steamer trunks into the overhead, leaving no room for the unfortunates who board the back of the plane.
Sadly, flight attendants are geared to deal with these people. They’re more like camp guards than “hosts / hostesses.” They assert themselves as “in charge” immediately; no sense of humor, no idle chit-chat with passengers. It’s all business. “Keep your mouth shut and your head down and we’ll get along fine.” And, just maybe, it’s good that some of them are built like halfbacks. Look at the behavior of some passengers. YouTube is chock full of WWE matches between unruly fliers (usually drunk on their asses) and everyone else.
Any airline that begins to screen passengers IN THE WAITING AREA (oversize luggage, unruly / weird behavior, etc.) will get my business even if it costs a little more.
Until then, I’ll fly only when absolutely necessary. I’ll drive or take the train.
Damn...just damn.
It took a while for air hostess to become a career. The stews of “Fly me, I’m Wendy” days have morphed into today’s sky hags.
