How will the passport Nazis get past the FDA?
Look at this from statnews.com first:
Federal law prohibits employers and others from requiring vaccination with a Covid-19 vaccine distributed under an EUA
Then look at this PDF from the FDA:
Emergency Use Authorization of Medical Products and Related Authorities
Go to PDF page 28 and look under "Information for Recipients," then read the fourth bullet.
Sure looks to me that as long as the FDA has an Emergency Use Authorization for the vaccines, you can't be forced to take it. The article from statnews.com says it can take two years for the FDA to drop the EUA.
If anybody can refute any of this, please let me know with a link, documentation or what have you.

I am all but an antivaxxer. As a scientist I do not usually appeal to any platform of this kind to make a stand on vaccine-related topics. As a dedicated virologist and vaccine expert I only make an exception when health authorities allow vaccines to be administered in ways that threaten public health, most certainly when scientific evidence is being ignored.
The present extremely critical situation forces me to spread this emergency call. As the unprecedented extent of human intervention in the Covid-19pandemic is now at risk of resulting in a global catastrophe without equal, this call cannot sound loudly and strongly enough.
As stated, I am not against vaccination. On the contrary, I can assure you that each of the current vaccines have been designed, developed and manufactured by brilliant and competent scientists. However, this type of prophylactic vaccines are completely inappropriate, and even highly dangerous, when used in mass vaccination campaigns during a viral pandemic.
Vaccinologists, scientists and clinicians are blinded by the positive short-term effects in individual patents, but don’t seem to bother about the disastrous consequences for global health. Unless I am scientifically proven wrong, it is difficult to understand how current human interventions will prevent circulating variants from turning into a wild monster.
Once Manchin buckles on the filibuster, federal law will say WHATEVER they want it to say. But look at the bright side, we got rid of two pesky RINOs from Georgia in exchange!!!

...and those planning to visit other countries will quickly learn that vaccines will be RULE, not the exception, and even Trump probably could not have stopped that.
They sound benign but enforcing those things would require 1984-like totalitarianism

Your body your choice I agree. However the answer to “ How will the passport Nazis get past the FDA?——-Does anyone think they have not b een corrupted like the FBI, CIA, NSA, SCOTUS? The FDA much like the EPA has many political socialist ,senile Joe , appointees which will support the lockdown, shutdown agenda. The vaccine passport like the experimental Vaccines are very sinister in nature pushed to gain control over every aspect of our lives.
Best line I’ve seen on this already (paraphrased): the same administration that thinks you can’t force voters to have an ID card is demanding that you have a Vaccine Passport.
As I mentioned in a thread yesterday I won’t be getting a covid vaccine, period. I could almost certainly obtain a false “vaccine passport” but I find the whole idea abhorrent and un-Constitutional. I will neither support nor abide by such a notion - not even by faking it.
As far as issues that are totally domestic are concerned,that's obviously a different story.
Trump proved that they were all corrupt so I expect nothing but deceit from the swamp.
Sue the pants off any and all would be fauicists until it dawns on them that their meddling with my pursuit of happiness is costly to their bottom line.
