he University of Oxford is considering scrapping sheet music for being 'too colonial' after staff raised concerns about the 'complicity in white supremacy' in music curriculums.
Professors are set to reform their music courses to move away from the classic repertoire, which includes the likes of Beethoven and Mozart, in the wake of the Black Lives Matter movement.
University staff have argued that the current curriculum focuses on 'white European music from the slave period', according to The Telegraph.

All of this crap is based on denying the reality that some people don’t have the intelligence to do math or read music or even read.
It reminds me of a SNL joke back when they were funny. Weekend Update was playing off the true story of teaching Ebonics in Oakland. They said “Oakland had its first all-Ebonics spelling bee. It was won by a 12-year old Korean kid.”
“White supremacy” means “white culture”, we are seeing nothing less then cultural genocide. Remove the culture, then remove the people.
Every time i read a headline that has the words “Black Lives Matters movement”, my brain immediately changes it to “BLMmovement” and i think “Crap”.
I take it that being able to read or write musical notation is rayciss and we can’t allow any music more complex than Rap. Playing a musical instrument beyond beating a drum is probably “racist” too.
They were trying this PC crud in the 1990s as well.
They eventually got ridiculed out of positions of power.
But it began decades earlier as they applauded Mao’s cultural revolution.

The decline of FM radio programming and rock and roll just so happened to coincide with the rise of serious talk shows on AM radio. Interesting how that worked...People chose to listen to Rush Limbaugh rather than suffer through the same old shit every hour of every day on the average American FM radio dial. You still had the commercials in there but the top-notch content of the Rush Limbaugh Show made up for all of that, including real time audio-visual interaction with his audience. Rush Limbaugh did usher in a new era for AM radio and some say that he saved it. However, it may also have been due to there being something missing from the music scene, post-Disco. FM radio had a good run for a while there from the late ‘60’s on up to about 1978...After that, something was missing and there was too much other stuff going on around the tunes and the stations’ playlists...A lot of money was being made in the process and it was obvious how the music and the average FM radio station’s “branding” had changed.
Conclusion: Rush Limbaugh was bigger (and better for America) than rock and roll for a good 30 years...Deal with it!

It’s not just notes on paper that are the problem. The written word needs to be banned. Why, if we don’t burn all the books, people might get ideas in their heads from all those evil white people who memorialized their thoughts on paper.
I don’t believe in evolution, but I think there is something to natural selection and survival of the fittest.
It is only a matter of time before those two dynamics step in and erase such fools, and the people they govern, from history.
