I believe almost nothing they say about nutrition.

MSG? Not a problem.
Salt? I’m not sure it’s bad.
Lard? I’m pretty sure it’s beneficial.

It’s not science. It’s marketing by the food industry.

I believe that the more natural foods you eat, no preservatives, etc the better off you are. Good genetics is essential no matter what.

The death rate goes up for sodium intakes below 3,000 mg and above 7,000 mg a day.

You want 3,000 - 7,000 mg a day to be healthy.
