You want 3,000 - 7,000 mg a day to be healthy.

For people who don’t know the OFFICIAL recommendation from the ‘experts’ is 2300 mg, but what you have above is what the data says. Then ideal level is 4500 mg, for sodium.

...interesting how that works. No different with saturated fat or cholesterol.
