what I do with Grape Nuts is, pour some in a bowl, pour on lots of milk, then microwave it for about 99 seconds. That heats up and softens the nuts.

The microwave time is adjusted to retain some of the texture but eliminate the gravel-like quality of the cereal.

It only takes one bowl of Colon Blow to equal the same amount of fiber as 50,000 bowls of the leading high-fiber cereal.

One should, theoretically, never run out of Colon Blow.

Ann old sergeant in Basic Training told us that Grape Nuts won’t kill you, but Basket Balls will.

He also showed us how to wipe yer butt with just one sheet of toilet paper, since the guys got 3 sheets per day, and the women got 4, altho he wasn’t sure why they got one extra.
