Tony Buzbee says he now represents 12 women who will have claims against Deshaun Watson. “We are now representing 12 women and we will file five more cases in due course,” Buzbee said Friday. “we have spoken to more than 10 additional women.”
Other information learned during Buzbee’s Friday press conference:
7 African Americans / 2 Hispanic / 3 Caucasian 3 married / 1 engaged / all others single mothers One was referred to Deshaun by Texans Quincy Avery (HOU QB coach) referred Deshaun to one of his clients Agent/lawyer for Deshaun showed “dismissive behavior and incredible arrogance,” so had to go public with lawsuits Buzbee said he doesn’t need the fame & the women don’t want it Buzbee adds that the Houston Police Department is now looking into the allegations that are being made An incident happened as recently as THIS month — AFTER they had been in contact with Watson’s camp Took shots at “Arm Chair Quarterbacks” who wouldn’t say stuff to his face Buzbee stopped counting after the 10th death threat Buzbee says he lives near McNair family, but wouldn’t know them if he saw them

But there is a difference.
The crime was reported to a lawyer. Im not saying nothing happened but nothing was reported until the whole “Watson wants out of Texas” story dragged on for weeks.
And he won’t be going to jail.
What is the difference between a civil complaint and a lawsuit?
Forget about a crime. I already know this was never reported to the police.
Maybe Watson found a way to get out of Houston after all.
it looks like the National Felon League has figured out how to avoid the “racism” label—have their players be equal opportunity sexual assaulters....
The complaint is the initiL document.
The lawsuit is what it is when it ends up making it to court.
The complaint can be settled before it ever makes it to court.
Usually for money and an agreement not to talk about it.
No Asians?
While giving him head, his penis "unwanted and lewdly" touched her hand.
Oh the humanity.
She’ll never be the same...
With regards to this case, its hard to choose a side.
I suspect that half of the women may have a legitimate complaint.
The timing of it all is suspect. As is the lack of even one single crime report filed with law enforcement.
I’m going to expand on the subjective massage a little bit
Now I give my wife a full body massage at least once a week and a leg and foot rub at least three times a week - nobody else touches my wife
Nobody touches me ; except her or my children
Now we all know that most of these “massage parlors” our houses of prostitution or hand jobs or whatever you wanna call it and it’s basic knowledge for anybody that’s been on this planet for more than 10 minutes
If you look at this outstanding quarterback who’s worth millions and millions of dollars I don’t know if he’s married or not but hearing on the sports talk radio today all of these incidents have occurred when he was getting “massage” by female masseuse
Now here’s the thing
Massage the touching of another human being’s body all over their body is a very intimate thing
I would call it almost equivalent to sex
I’ve heard over the years other couples talking about how they get massages from professionals and saying this or that about it
My point here is simple
If you’re in a marriage ; you should not get any physical intimate touching from any other human being
The only possibility of that is trouble in my opinion
It can be confusing as heck, but in my state it turns out there actually is a subtle distinction between a "complaint" and a "lawsuit" -- though it has nothing to do with criminal vs. civil cases.
In many cases a verified complaint is generally a "precursor" to a formal lawsuit. They aren't exactly the same, but the lawsuit is filed with the verified complaint attached as the basis for the legal action.
Correct.
A no trade clause just means the player has the final right to approve or disapprove the trade.
Usually, it is just a specific team issue for the player.
The reverse is also true for the team he currently plays for.
If he is a really good player, his current team will most likely NOT trade him to a team in their Division (play them twice a year) or even to a team in the same Conference (often play them once a year).
DUCSH-BAG believes all that crap about “She wanted it” while snorting coke....
