Sports Illustrated has revealed the first ever black and Asian transgender model to grace the pages of its annual Swimsuit Issue.
Though the iconic magazine doesn't launch until July, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue Instagram account has been unveiling one model a day throughout the month of March — and this morning, they made waves with the announcement that Chicago-born model, dancer, actor, and activist Leyna Bloom, 27, is joining the likes of Lais Ribeiro and Josephine Skriver in the 2021 edition.
Leyna, who is the second trans model to pose for SI Swim, opened up to Good Morning America about her boundary-breaking accomplishment, gushing: 'I never imagined that I would be born in a time when something like this would happen for someone with my skin tone and for someone with my background.'

Someone explain how an athlete taking that many hormones passes a drug test? Remember when athletes used to be disqualified for doping? Remember the East German swim team?
Definitely Aaron Rodgers.
They went down the slope.
It was slippery.
Dang! Give a warning next time!
The Number 1 attitudinal negress with Meg pulling hard to replace her
......u-g-l-yyyyyyyy........
Was “her” name Lola?
Go ahead and sing it....
How will transgender eligibility rules based on testosterone work in practice?
It probably won't surprise anyone to learn that those updated rules are horrible, creating ENORMOUS loopholes for abuse for anyone claiming to be a 'transgendered' athlete.
It's a nightmare for biologically female athletes.
I hear he/she/it is really not a nice person. In fact he’s kind of a dick.
Just no, hell no.
What is wrong with these people???
So brave!
i don’t find that attractive but to each their own.
Why not have a semi-bearded transitioning-transgender guy with pimples and pieces of food in his beard as the SI cover model?
What, is SI saying that the bearded transsexual thing (with his obvious addiction to Clearasil and his next meal in the fringes of his beard) isn’t ‘attractive’? Isn’t that some kind of...discrimination?
They only test for performance enhancing drugs. Testosterone is one of those drugs but estrogen is not. This particular guy isn’t an athlete so it doesn’t apply anyway. The SI swimsuit issue has always been about porn (softcore) but I guess they’re branching out to gay porn.
Guess so. Honestly, I really felt like throwing up when I saw this creature pretending to be a woman. I’ve absolutely had it with trannies, whether they’re boys who think they’re girls or girls who think they’re boys.
The comet can’t come soon enough.
No waist.

JUDITH: I do feel, Reg, that any Anti-Imperialist group like ours must reflect such a divergence of interests within its power-base.
REG: Agreed. Francis?
FRANCIS: Yeah. I think Judith’s point of view is very valid, Reg, provided the Movement never forgets that it is the inalienable right of every man—
STAN: Or woman.
FRANCIS: Or woman... to rid himself—
STAN: Or herself.
FRANCIS: Or herself.
REG: Agreed.
FRANCIS: Thank you, brother.
STAN: Or sister.
FRANCIS: Or sister. Where was I?
REG: I think you’d finished.
FRANCIS: Oh. Right.
REG: Furthermore, it is the birthright of every man—
STAN: Or woman.
REG: Why don’t you shut up about women, Stan. You’re putting us off.
STAN: Women have a perfect right to play a part in our movement, Reg.
FRANCIS: Why are you always on about women, Stan?
STAN: I want to be one.
REG: What?
STAN: I want to be a woman. From now on, I want you all to call me ‘Loretta’.
REG: What?!
LORETTA: It’s my right as a man.
JUDITH: Well, why do you want to be Loretta, Stan?
LORETTA: I want to have babies.
REG: You want to have babies?!
LORETTA: It’s every man’s right to have babies if he wants them.
REG: But... you can’t have babies.
LORETTA: Don’t you oppress me.
REG: I’m not oppressing you, Stan. You haven’t got a womb! Where’s the foetus going to gestate?! You going to keep it in a box?!
LORETTA: crying
JUDITH: Here! I— I’ve got an idea. Suppose you agree that he can’t actually have babies, not having a womb, which is nobody’s fault, not even the Romans’, but that he can have the right to have babies.
FRANCIS: Good idea, Judith. We shall fight the oppressors for your right to have babies, brother. Sister. Sorry.
REG: What’s the point?
FRANCIS: What?
REG: What’s the point of fighting for his right to have babies when he can’t have babies?!
FRANCIS: It is symbolic of our struggle against oppression.
REG: Symbolic of his struggle against reality.
Looks like man in a wig w/ a boob job.
Makes that swimsuit model look not half bad. Wonder who’s got a bigger one.
