It turns out that the ivermecting dosage for large mammals such as a horse is the same as for an adult human, 0.2 mg/kg (200 mcg/kg).

Speaking of music, I always play the same two songs while getting ready in the morning. I play them on a youtube channel, and youtube even suggests them when I open the app each morning. It never deviates. The length of the two songs is perfect - one that lets me know how long I have to shower, and the next to get dried and dressed.) The 3rd song, if running behind, is a different version of the 2nd song. Again, no deviation.
This morning, however, was different.
For some unexplainable reason, it started playing a Creedence Clearwater Revival song (which I have never requested, as I do not like CCR - a Southern man don’t need them around, anyhow.)
The song was “Have you ever seen the rain.”
I’ll be darned if the first verse wasn’t the following:

I got the shivers.
I got mine at Wal-Mart but our Tractor Supply has it in droves. That’s where I used to get it for my horses. A lot of animal meds are fine for humans but they get cheated out of a doctor exam and a prescription if we do that. I would make sure to thoroughly investigate any animal med before taking it anyway but Invermectin checks out.
I was told once that the main difference, besides the doctor visit, prescription, and pharmacy cost is sometimes that the animal meds don’t utilize the same safety practices when manufactured but I have no proof of that.
