Didn’t watch it. I was expecting Biden’s handlers to give him some gum to chew, slap a mask on him, and pipe in a off camera speaker. So long as he chews the gum, it looks like he’s speaking. They could remind him to chew when he heard the speaker in his earpiece. As long as he keeps the mask on they have the illusion he’s talking. They could handle questions that way, too.
Either that or have Xi come out with a sock puppet.

Man. You nailed it. I was young when Carter gave his, but little doubt in my mind this was the worst speech I have ever watched from the White House.

I think the reporter asking a question at the end was over the top and fake. This was not a press briefing so no news reporters would have been there. Thought?

What a dark, dark speech
Even when he was trying to be uplifting he spoke in a dark tone.
I don’t believe in his policies but, I’d be happy to write something that is a freaking winner for this guy because it will be good for America
This was probably the worst speech ever because it tortured the speaker and those listening.
