They do not actually impart immunity or inhibit transmissibility of the disease. In other words, they are not designed to keep you from getting sick with SARS-CoV-2; they only are supposed to lessen your infection symptoms if or when you do get infected.

One of our company's employees who had Covid in December just had the Moderna vaccine. Apparently when administered to those who have had Covid, the symptoms reappear. She said it's weird because she feels like she has the flu. The worst day appears to be day 3 following vaccination. So far many of those who have had Covid have symptoms like what they had with the disease. Those who have not had Covid apparently do better than those that contacted the disease.
