Not a big fan of Michael Savage and it’s been years since I have listened, but I did laugh each time he played clips or talked about Boehner and you would hear the ice clinking in a glass...

As an aside some friends of mine went on a golf vacation near where Boehner lives about 4 years ago. They stated they recognized Boehner and he was “lit up like a Christmas tree” at 8:30 AM when they were getting ready to tee off. They saw him later in the day and was still lit up. Serious issue
