In San Antonio today, federal authorities filed a criminal complaint against an Iron Youth member for illegally possessing a machine gun, announced U.S. Attorney Ashley C. Hoff and FBI Special Agent in Charge Christopher Combs, San Antonio Division.
Caleb Nathaniel Oliver, age 19 of Smiley, is charged with one count of unlawful possession of a machine gun. Upon conviction, Oliver faces up to 10 years in federal prison.
The criminal complaint alleges that on February 5, 2021, Oliver purchased a fully automatic machine gun from an undercover officer for $1,000. According to the complaint, Oliver is a member of the group called Iron Youth, a racially motivated violent extremist group that advocates violence in the furtherance of its objectives. Beginning in September 2020, Oliver had several meetings with the undercover officer to discuss the purchase of the machine gun.
Oliver, who was arrested on Friday evening after exchanging money and taking possession of the machine gun, remains in federal custody pending a detention hearing expected later this week before U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth S. Chestney in San Antonio.
It is important to note that a criminal complaint is merely a charge and should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The FBI is conducting this investigation with assistance from the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, Gonzales County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Rangers. Assistant U.S. Attorneys William R. Harris and Mark Roomberg are prosecuting this case.

The Fake Bureau of Intrapment should be dismantled.....the FBI is dangerously silly
The rising dnc gestapo can do whatever they want to do to the peons.
I doubt they ( fBi ) would try ta sell ya one * UNLESS * you have a rope garage door pull.
They currently have a veeeeeeery narrow vision of what “crimes” they get involved in nowadays.
Yea, the premier, most prestigious law enforcement organization on the planet. SPIT.
The "Undercover" Officer:

Noted for her "Undercover" work and resulting conviction rate.
Not from the FBI or the Mainstream Media.
Machine gun?
For $1000 I Thought I was getting a semi-auto.
I was robbed.
Looks like a trial run for FBI and DOJ if they make certain rifles and magazines illegal.
Know who you’re buying from in the future.
The reality is such a weapon is not in any way needed by anyone not in military or training for military action.
The posting of this article, for god knows what reason, is more publicity than this FedGroup deserves.
It will go to court. No I don’t trust the FBI with anything.
The media is 100% Lies. (BIG LIES)
Stupid. No one is going to sell an actual submachinegun for $1000. An AR15 costs that much.
Any new anti gun legislation will be designed to be convoluted and It subjected to bizarre interpretations.
These bureaucrats also have rule making authority.
Still think you’re safe when there’s no good way of knowing you’re safe? Do you really trust anti gun prosecutors and leftist FBI and ATF agents not to entrap you?
It sure will ...
Will someone please explain to these Right Wing idiot teenagers that 50% of the people in their political clubs are paid FBI informants?
No photo of the kid... Wonder why? He’s over 18. Most times the msm takes great pleasure in getting a mug shot out with the story.
Good graphics, it may be a for viewing false flag to justify other actions. It may all be made up by the FBI.
I do NOT believe the Texas Rangers would ever support that.
The agent is pretty much everyone.
“I’ve never heard of the Iron Youth. What did the other four members have to say about his arrest?”
That they have enjoyed their careers at the FBI so far and are thankful to get the opportunity to entrap a teenager for a crime he would have never committed but for their persistence and badgering and supplying him with the money.
“The agent is pretty much everyone.”
You can spot them on FR by the ham-handed attempts at getting people involved in something illegal.
Go away. We don’t break the law.
