NEW YORK - Anyone who has to go to federal court in Manhattan, Westchester County, and Dutchess County will need to mask up — twice — to get inside, according to a new policy.
In a public memo dated Feb. 11, 2021, Chief Judge Colleen McMahon says everyone coming into federal court buildings in the Southern District of New York will need to follow a series of pandemic protocols, including answering questions, getting their temperature checked, and wearing either two masks — a tight-fitting disposable mask under a cloth mask — or a well-fitting FDA-approved KN95 or N95 respirator-style mask.

Guess the government can kiss my tookus.
Why only two masks?
“If a little is good, than a lot is better.”
Good thing I have no plans to ever enter that tyrant’s courtroom
He has an N95 underneath the surgical mask. that is the way we’re supposed to enter a patient room in the hospital with or without Covid. The idea is that the surgical mask keeps the N95 from becoming contaminated.
Since wu-flu is winding down.....
They want you to know who is boss.
How about they require a plastic bag over the head for entry?
Such rampant stupidity.
LOL!!!
Very appropriate analogy.
Your Honor, I’m sorry, I can’t see anything, because my glasses fogged up twice as much.
So if I show up double masked and with no other clothes, that’s just fine, right judge?
If you wear goggles over your glasses, your face will be protected from flying debris.
Pure idiocy
everyone gets to play dictator.
in this so called land of free and home of brave.
OSHA regulations don’t matter anymore?
If two masks are good, then twenty should be inpenetrable right?
If 15 dollar minimum wage is good, why not 75?
Since they are now trying to get people to accept anal swabs, that means covid can be transmitted via flatulence, yet a pair of underwear and jeans is double masking. Right?
Just more reason for every sane person still residing in any blue state to get the hell out. My family and I were ahead of the curve. We left California more than 10 years ago. We are very very happy to be residents of Florida.
