No witnesses BEFORE he was impeached for the second time unlike the first farce.
They dispatched with the Constitution on Usurpation Day when BOTH parties swore in the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia.

The argument is that the Chief Justice only presides over the impeachment of a President, not the impeachment of a former President.
If Roberts presided and Trump was acquitted, would that mean that Trump is still the President?
Big Media told the people the Chief Justice wasn’t necessary.
There are lots of Freepers who still don’t recognize that Bush League Republicans are in league with Democrats.
That part is actually in the constitution.
It’s really only about optics and the narrative - meat for their hypnotized sycophants (the useful idiots)...
Why would they need a Chief Justice to preside over a kangaroo court?

Here’s the box the Democrats are in. If they fail to convict Trump, it will be a failure by Congress to remove Trump from office and he will still be President. That’s following their own logic.
So we will then have two presidents.

When the evidence becomes overbearing that the Democrats committed fraud they can’t have the legitimate President hanging around.
