Democrats don’t have to follow the rules. That’s been a long-established rule they put in place years ago, and Republicans have honored it for that long too. When they need to win on a certain issue, Dems change the rules. Then when that same rule comes back to bite them down the road, they say it’s “unfair,” and change the rule again. It’s their standard operating procedure, and they are always allowed to get away with it.
They didn’t dance around it, they ignored it and put their own puppet in.
Roberts is the Head Kangaroo.

I suspected a good many of them know that Bush League Republicans are in league with Democrats and that they are here misleading others intentionally.

The dems need to be impeached and removed for this.

they cant be allowed to do this without severe penalty
they will continue doing unconstitutional things like this
and then, if one actually “succeeds” we are in a big mess because the result is unconstitutional but they will try to enforce it
then truly our government is over
When this farce fails the idiots will attempt to preclude a second Trump presidency with a 14th Amendment exclusion from office. Either one of these farces could easily end up before SCOTUS. Since Roberts refused to preside over this farce nobody can argue that he should be required to recuse himself.
If Dems are so certain that they won the presidency then why are they still so intent on defeating Trump?
