Immunologist: Pfizer, Moderna Vaccines Could Cause Long-Term Chronic Illness

In new research published in Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, immunologist J. Bart Classen warns the mRNA technology used in the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines could create “new potential mechanisms” of adverse events that may take years to come to light.
Back in 1999, leading U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) official Dr. Peter Patriarca contended that modern advances in vaccine technology were rapidly “outpacing researchers’ ability to predict potential vaccine-related adverse events.” Patriarca mused that this could lead to “a situation of unforeseen and unpredictable vaccine outcomes.”
In a new research article published in Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, veteran immunologist J. Bart Classen expresses similar concerns and writes that “RNA-based COVID vaccines have the potential to cause more disease than the epidemic of COVID-19.”
For decades, Classen has published papers exploring how vaccination can give rise to chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes — not right away, but three or four years down the road.
In this latest paper, Classen warns that the RNA-based vaccine technology could create “new potential mechanisms” of vaccine adverse events that may take years to come to light.
Classen’s study establishes the potential for the messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines developed by Pfizer and Moderna to activate human proteins to take on “pathologic configurations” — configurations associated with chronic degenerative neurological diseases. Although his specific interest is in prion diseases (conditions associated with misfolded versions of normal proteins), Classen also outlines a handful of other mechanisms whereby RNA-based vaccines could give rise to “multiple other potential fatal adverse events.”
Ensuring that patients clearly understand risks — including known risks as well as potential unknown risks — is an important component of the informed consent process. This is all the more true when the intervention is experimental and lacks long-term safety data, as is the case with the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines against COVID-19. The FDA authorized the two vaccines for widespread emergency use based on just two months of clinical trial data.
Unfortunately, it is not unusual for researchers’ communication of risks to be perfunctory. In October, researchers at New York University and Tulane reported that the information communicated to participants in the coronavirus clinical trials about a worrisome problem known as pathogenic priming was “sufficiently obscured” as to make “adequate patient comprehension” of risks “unlikely.”
It would be interesting to know what those researchers would say about Classen’s blunt conclusion that “Approving a vaccine, utilizing novel RNA technology without extensive testing is extremely dangerous.”
Those contemplating COVID injections may be ignoring potential risks at their own peril.

Reminds me of some sneaky little kid who tries to sucker punch you when the teacher is not looking, and then when you try to hit them back, yells “TEACHER, TEACHER”.

You got off easy. One of the most prolific posters here told me “you should burn in hell and i wouldn’t spit on you to put out the flames.”
Ironically it was a vaccine post from years ago when I said the polio vaccine was a good thing. This time. I’m not taking these first gen vaccines. One, I already recovered from covid with my usual “cure” for colds with some warm whisky and lots of bed rest. Two. Something is just wrong when government and big tech are pushing it so hard.

I acknowledge your post but deny the mischaracterization of the content.
I again acknowledge your bullying and ongoing insults.
I again request the mods to take note.

That’s pretty awful. Honestly I know this behavior and it is getting off easy. But here’s the deal. I incurred a proper soft ban two months ago. A good call by the mods. I did my penance and went on. But for the fact that for something less egregious i get this guy saying things all I ask is for equal enforcement.
As for what you say it is a totally logical and reasonable point.

You posted to him in post 12. Therefore you started the conversation. So are you requesting that you can post a comment to him but him not to you? That’s seems a little unfair. Granted, I can’t read some of the later posts since they have been removed.

The posts that were removed he called me among other things a third grade drop out and mentally ill in clear contravention of the rules of free republic. I knew posting his factual inaccuracies would draw a severe ad hominem attack. I keep hoping we can have reasonable discourse. However his rhetorical style simply crosses the line.
The reason that i reported his abuse and applaud the mods for removing the posts were because of the personal attacks. On previous threads he has also been equally as bullying and personally attacking
Truthfully i got appropriately thunked on the nose several weeks ago. I learned where the line was and was overly emotional. Now that I know where the line is I simply request equal treatment.
I have been here 20 years as of a week ago. This year has been the toughest with emotionally charged issues. I learned my lesson. We can have reasonable discourse and even emotional. But not personal. And not unlike PDJT if someone want to bully me or take a proverbial swipe. I wlll answer.

The MO goes like this: Do a drive by sleazy hit with some vague accusation. When you ask them to clarify, they just keep repeating more vague accusations. Then when you get P**** OFF and and have had enough, they act all innocent and pious and call the mods when you take the gloves off.
The funniest one to me is when they said I had a low IQ, was uneducated, a liar, a deceiver, could not understand English, could not understand simple scientific things, and on and on, .... When I pointed out that those were "attacks", their response was: "They carefully reviewed each one and verified that each was true and so they were "facts", not "attacks". You can't make this stuff up.
To: wgmalabama
his factual inaccuracies Try to find their post where they actually pointed out a factual inaccuracy I made. You won't be able to, because it is pure made up fiction that only exists in the person's head. That happens over and over again. "You claimed X". "I did? Where?", "You know you did, stop being a denier". "But where? What post?", crickets
To: gas_dr
The last year has seen much uncivil behavior. Lockdowns, economy, election, ....
The world is full of deception, anger, lies, corruption... it’s making people become unfocused. We are losing our compass.
Best of luck.

The TRIALS on the Moderna vaccine are scheduled to end in January 2023. The vaccines and the patients are the trial. There is a reason why they use extended periods of time to make sure treatments and drugs are safe.

It is my opinion that we (collectively) do not know or have been provided enough information to give informed consent. Everyone can make their own decisions on what level of data where they are willing give consent and receive the vaccine / EUA biological. I have the luxury to not be in a high risk group so don’t feel rushed to decide.
I have given up arguing with people on FR about this issue. It’s like the religion threads. My comments, positive or negative will not change anyone’s opinion and will at most just make me and others have Ill will towards our brothers in Christ and brothers in the Constitution.

I am not against vaccines, but I have decided to wait for the Johnson and Johnson (traditional vaccine) based on my own research.mRNA vaccines have no track record so we'll just find out as it goes.

Polio, smallpox, german measles, whooping cough, even measles vaccines have their place, and I would take them today. But Hep B on birth, Papilloma, or even Meningitis are too much for children. As is the grouping of different vaccines together, instead of spreading them out to minimize the risk to children.

They are using HCQ in a nebulizer, it supposedly stops CV dead in its tracks. Of course along with Zinc, more vitamins and a broad spectrum antibiotic if someone is sick.

In MODERNA'S own words:
There is typically an extremely high rate of attrition for product candidates across categories of medicines proceeding through clinical trials.
These product candidates may fail to show the desired safety and efficacy profile in later stages of clinical trials despite having progressed through nonclinical studies and initial clinical trials.
A number of companies in the biopharmaceutical industry have suffered significant setbacks in later-stage clinical trials due to lack of efficacy or unacceptable safety profiles, notwithstanding promising results in earlier trials.
Most investigational medicines that commence clinical trials are never approved as products and there can be no assurance that any of our current or future clinical trials will ultimately be successful or support further clinical development of any of our investigational medicines.

“No. J&J uses is using an adenovirus to deliver the DNA which then gets made into mRNA which then makes the protein that our bodies will react to.”
the J&J vaccine directly induces the immune system to manufacture antibodies (as well as T-cell responses)to the covid spike protein gene spliced into the adenovirus vector ... there is NO mRNA involved ...
