Who are Biden's "handlers?"

Lots of articles posted here on FR make reference to Biden's "handlers." Yet I haven't read an article identifying these folks. Any ideas? ID them by name if you can.

For starters his accomplice in crime, the DOKTOR Jill Biden. Never seen such a manically eager First Lady ever. I have the feeling this is her gotcha for having to bend the knee to Michelle for eight years.

I figure Steve Ricchetti and Ron Klain. If Biden is the marionette, then Ricchetti is the hand control and Klain is the string.

My guess is the DNC. There has to be coordination and the DNC already has the communication channels and network in place. Who is calling the plays? Looks like it’s all done by a large committee without a long game, just get what’s on the wish list of each lobbying group as fast as they can while they can.

What is Biden seen carrying as he gets on Marine 1 and Air Force 1 as well as at other times? Most Presidents do not carry bags, books, etc. Is it possibly an IPad or other type of tablet? If so, perhaps he just wants to use every available moment to study important topics. On the other hand, maybe he carries it so that he has the equivalent of a teleprompter with him at all times.
Has he answered any questions outside of a formal setting since election day?
