Obama wasn’t even president when he was president. He was a puppet, just like Biden is now. I don’t know the name of his handlers and I doubt anyone here does either, they’re deep in the background. If you can figure out who has been paying off Hunter then that would be a good place to start looking. Hunter didn’t come up with his kickback scheme on his own, and he couldn’t make it work without Joe’s involvement. The Chinese aren’t big on paying off crack addicts for no reason.
