Using gorilla glue in your hair = stuck on stupid.

Back in the 60’s to 70’s era, it was common for some women to use hair gels that would hold the style all day.
My sisters used something called Geesh, or if that was out of stock they used Dippity Do.
If THAT was out of stock, they used Egg Whites.

Seems like after a month, her hair would have grown enough to get under it.

Isn’t that the same stuff as in foam insulation? That stuff just does not come off. I got some of that on a t shirt I wear when doing chores. It has been through the wash dozens of time and it is still there.

In high school , I made the mistake of washing my hair with baby oil instead of baby shampoo (which was marketed as a family shampoo in the ‘70s-’80s). I couldn’t get it all out for a month. I never went to the hospital, though.
