PLAINS, Pennsylvania — An argument between neighbors over shoveling snow turned deadly when a man fatally shot two people, then took his own life, according to reports.
WGAL Channel 8 reports James Goy, 50, and Lisa Goy, 48, were shoveling snow Monday morning from parking spots in front of their residence. Luzerne County prosecutors say the couple was shoveling the snow onto the property of Jeffrey Spaide, 47, who lived across the street.
WNEP Channel 16 reports Spaide also was outside shoveling and asked the couple to stop shoveling snow onto his property. All three began arguing, reports say.

Oh, my goodness. All three names. Whew. Spaide shoots two Goys before taking his own life. I wonder if an editor at the New York Times will have to catch that before it goes to print. Whew.
So weird how we watch snuff films now like its normal.
How and why would anyone shovel snow off of their property, and carry it 20 feet across the road onto the others property? There is something weird about this tale. Shoveling snow is hard work, why make it harder?
I’m stunned by the comments here. The victims were loudmouthed idiots. The killer was a lunatic who shot them and then while they were lying in the street bleeding out came back with a rifle to execute them and people are all seem to be commenting that they deserved it because they shouted at him. That’s cold blooded pre-meditated murder on that video. The victims were dumb and rude. They did not deserve to have their lives ended. That shooter is not worthy of understanding or sympathy.
That wasn’t over shoveling snow. They lived across the street from one another, not next door to each other.
Video I saw shows her reaching under her jacket and pointing something at him and then what appears to be a muzzle flash. Then he comes across the street with his gun.

You’re right. It is hard to watch. Especially when the Goys can hardly believe what is coming down on them is actually happening and that they had any hand in flipping their neighbor’s crazy switch.
After he fired the first shots they should had ran into their house but they stood there for some strange reason and then he came out and shot them then went back in for his AR-15 and finished them off
Any argument over snow you should note...it is not about snow!
I’ve followed this story for the last few days. It seems like all three had deep roots in the Scranton area.
