I’m retired from Detroit EMS. My until was one of only three that was Advanced Life Support. The rest of the Ambulances were basic life support.
The woman was shot in the neck, it hit her spine in the cervical area, I know this because of the position of her hands as she laid, she was “posturing”, indicating Neurogenic Shock.
The blood was real. It was most venous blood. (There is arterial blood and venous blood they are slightly different colors.)
Blood doesn’t turn brown for many hours or day from bacteria.
The blood was real, the GSW was real, in this video you are seeing CPR being done......chest compressions. Why one handed? Because they have to move fast with here because she needed priority 1 trauma surgery.
