Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I’m watching the white house cam. The red light in the needle is acting differently than it did yesterday.
I did see some poofs of smoke to the left of the screen. Also twice there were what appeared to be airplanes, but they were different from the ones yesterday. They just fly too fasr and their lights too big.
The cam is acting weird though. It’s as if it’s going back and forth.

You’re right. The light flashes in the top of the Washington monument are out of the ordinary. different patterns. more like dots and dashes

There appears to be a solid foundation of newscasters and opinion mongers to start a network to employ them.
Altho this may encourage many conservative fns of these folks, the drop in the number who actually get news from TV is getting larger.
A conservative TV network is a non-starter.

I did check the Reagan airport cam. That cam has a time stamp. How come the White House doesn’t have one?

The legal standard in court is “preponderance of evidence”.
The courts will not allow any action to proceed.
The courts are not “the public” and it appears they are leveraging that, making the courts above the will of the people.
IMO, they have ceased to function as an arbiter of the people’s will.
