The legal standard in court is “preponderance of evidence”.
The courts will not allow any action to proceed.
The courts are not “the public” and it appears they are leveraging that, making the courts above the will of the people.
IMO, they have ceased to function as an arbiter of the people’s will.
Good assessment. Seems that if you get a liberal judge there is no law oly politics. At least with a supposed conservative judge, one who still obeys the constitution, justice still has a chance.
One thing few of us realize is that every move the left makes is political. They are political 24/7— 365 and never leave the world of politics. They are that marginal.
Exactly. Not Rudy’s fault, or Sidney’s fault. The courts are now hollow shells of meaninglessness at best, engines of destruction at worst.
I agree the courts are not functioning with the will of the people in mind. Neither is the DOJ and the fbi. Nothing is the way it is set up to be. DJT needs to make this happen ASAP. Maybe the military is invovlded. Maybe not! Nothing is functioning as normal. We need some action. Maybe things are happening that are beyond our pay grade. All we can do is trust the plan. No other option is available to “WE THE PEOPLE”.
