Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

in the video you linked ... I don’t know what to think :-). She is wearing all white against a black background ... I can see how that could look strange on live TV. Regardless, my initial instinct was “that looks strange” though :-).
FWIW, I work with digital video for a living though I am not an expert on the various artifacts that occur when shooting under different conditions ... that’s not my forte’ ... I’m more on the engineering/moving data/processing data side of things.
When testing new cameras, I’ve seen MANY strange artifacts during stress testing. I’d have to think that outdoors at night with a skanky person wearing all white against a relatively black background would be a kind-of stress test and may explain why she looks like she’s cut out and placed in front of the Washington Monument. She does look odd though.
What I do know is that if one cannot see the sickening difference when the communist media covers a “new Rat President” vs a Repub (even the DS approved Repubs), you are either brainwashed, blind, or complicit.

There were photos recently of Biden leaving the WH ‘on Marine One’ to visit Walter Reed. But the photos showed him kissing Jill goodbye with only the two of them in the frame, and showed Marine One flying. No shot of Marine One being boarded or exited.

There is a typo for step three. ‘LATROGENIC’ should be ‘IATROGENIC’ (’iatrogenic’). Perhaps a transcriber along the way mistook a capital ‘I’ for an ‘l’.

I think President Trump delayed letting the Deep State know he would actually leave to give the DS time to fully film and revise, CGI etc. an inauguration at an alternate site, possibly indoors.
Then very near Jan 20, he quickly left, leaving the DS very little time to create a realistic inauguration in the traditional venue.
They rushed to have “rehearsals” at the outdoor venue; I’d never heard of the top players having full dress rehearse at the actual venue - why not indoors?
The finished product is not Hollywood’s best work.
I think part of the reason President Trump delayed was because had they been given enough time to fake an outdoor inauguration, with all the technology and skill available to them, it would have likely been impossible to tell it wasn’t real.
Further - with each passing day, they have time to craft sets, CGI, etc. so soon it may really be impossible to tell visually. Perhaps someone will replace and iron the Oval Office drapes, for example.
Transportation in public is more difficult. The problem with Biden’s arrival on Jan 20 is they had an entire airport full of passengers waiting for flights and other pilots, ATC people - they had to film a plane that actually arrived there.
Likewise, a motorcade would have to be seen publicly by others, although he could be photoshopped getting in and out of The Beast.
But hey, we have Anderson Cooper crouching in shallow water to make it look deep, so they’ll no doubt innovate. Wonder if they’d bother to “improve” and replace stills and video from inauguration day?

Starting with President Trump’s first day in office, January 20, 2017 and adding 1384 days gives you November 4, 2020.
