ALLENTOWN, Pa. — One day after the deadly insurrection in Washington, a Pennsylvania school district announced it was suspending a teacher who, the district asserted, “was involved in the electoral college protest that took place at the United States Capitol Building.”
Three weeks later, Jason Moorehead is fighting to restore his reputation and resume teaching after he says the Allentown School District falsely accused him of being at the Capitol during the siege. The district says Moorehead’s social media posts about the events of Jan. 6, and not just his presence in Washington that day, are a focus of its probe.
The middle school social studies teacher had attended Donald Trump’s “Stop the Steal” rally — at which Trump exhorted supporters to march to the Capitol and “fight like hell” against the election results, which he baselessly claimed were fraudulent — but Moorehead said he was never any closer than a mile and a quarter to the Capitol that day and did nothing wrong.
He said the district’s statement unleashed a torrent of harassment and death threats and damaged his professional standing. Moorehead, who remains suspended with pay, wants district officials to apologize, set the record straight and put him back in the classroom.

And punished. Those leaders should be evicted !
Group guilt is a hallmark of marxists. You were at the rally along with two hundred thousand other Trump supporters. A handful were involved in entering the Capital illegally. All two hundred thousand are now guilty.
What did Katie Couric say ... this educator needs to be reprogrammed.
Would this also apply to a Antifa protest if only a handful of people in the crowd became violent? We all know the answer.
The most important sentence in the article:
“In his letter, Freund, the district solicitor, demanded that Moorehead surrender his district-owned laptop for inspection.”
That will do it.
Don’t turn over the laptop and be fired or turn over the laptop and they will ‘find’ something on the laptop that will be cause for termination.
Notice how there are no conservative legal groups clamoring to take this person’s case pro-bono.
He should wipe it with a cloth first
Yep, that has been bugging me for a long time now. Apparently the atmosphere is now so toxic that conservative. Ayers or any lawyers representing g conservatives usually, are plumb afraid to take the cases. Why? Because the murderous violent left are attacking them. Making their lives miserable. Issuing death threats against them, destroying their businesses. Canceling them etc. And law enforcement and the left turn a blind eye to the massive amount of crimes and vio.ence being co mitted by the domestic terrorists known as antifa and blm
Yet let a conservative go stand outside the courthouse in a pe a ceful protest, and they become public enemy number 1
Screw all of these people, the face of the enemy is clear and they should be afraid to walk the streets.
There Are No Guardrails On The Left

America is entering a terrible period in its history at an accelerating pace, now that the Left has taken control of all the critical reins of power in the government, the mainstream media, social media, and big tech. Unfortunately, history teaches with laser clarity that there are no guardrails restraining the behavior of the Left when it is so empowered.
Being at a Trump speech is legal assembly.
Protesting in front of the Capitol is legal Free Speech.
Did this teacher allegedly do anything illegal, like entering the Capitol without the explicit invitation of Capitol police (which would lead any normal bystander to reasonably conclude it was legal?
Nothing seems to have been found. Here is a video of the teacher and lawyer talking with Smerconish on CNN. (scroll)
The third paragraph gives the “journalist” away as being a lying, dog-face pony soldier.
Only idiots would call what happened in DC an insurrection. A protest, yes. A riot, not really. An insurrection: the idiot’s choice for improper word choice.
