Seriously, I have made lots of pasta and never understood all the who ha about the shapes and sizes, I just roll it out, fold it and cut it with a knife for noodles, or leave it in a sheet for ravioli or lasagna.

When I was younger I would have loved to try it out. But now that Anderson Cooper has weighed in, Olive Garden is plenty good enough for me and my deplorable kin.
