Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Thank you, bitt. When reports of the rising water at the Three Gorges Dam were world news in the spring and summer last year, I looked at the live-cam every day, until they took it down, and did a fair amount of research on the downstream effects of a breach.
I became familiar with the world-wide impact of the dam failure, especially on supply chains. They weren’t inconsequential to us since the rest of the world relies heavily on things from China; either agricultural products (30% of the world’s rice), complete manufactured products, or components for things assembled elsewhere.
I used to know the exact amount of time it would take for the water to get to each city, but I’ve forgotten much of those details now. All the posters bring so much great information to this site that I can’t retain everything I read.

Someone on thedonald.win claimed the .info site had a small statement "this site is parody" and had been set up in 2009.
I hadn't checked in detail.
What I did find was this:

you’re right about .info vs. .gov - I think the information gleaned from there (in this case) is good but I’m not sure about the rest.
Very true. To the Chinese government it’s rural citizens are just fodder for political manipulation. Though if the damn did collapse due to structural inadequacies it would have the potential to bring down the Chinese government. Would not wish it on the citizens because they are just trying to live their lives, raise their families et al while abiding with the communist dictates thrown down by Beijing.
