I don’t understand. If American Thinker senior management certified that statement of their error, why isn’t it a retraction?

American Thinker can now publish articles explaining how they examined the data (and show us the data) and came to the wrong conclusion.

They also weren't under threat of lawsuit either. This is equivalent to paying someone a bit of cash who's filed a nuisance lawsuit against you so they'll go away.

Here are some questions that weren’t addressed.

1. Do the Dominion System Voting machines share substantial algorithms and source code logic with the SmartMatic voting machines developed for Venezuela’s elections?

2. Do Dominion tabulation and adjudication servers connect to the internet to perform any functions during vote processing?

3. Do Dominion systems allow adjudicators and system administrators to share credentials such that there is no ability to audit individuals and their actions on the machines?

5. Although Dominion system employees may not have engaged in fraud does the Dominion System equipment and software make fraudulent use of their system virtually impossible using well defined cybersecurity practices and designs? If so why did the state of Texas find your machines completely deficient and unsuitable for public use?

Not sure what’s weird about it, as you claim in the title. Seems pretty straightforward.

The apology/retraction doesn’t seem very sincere, but a “if you insist we apologize, we’re sorry” kind of thing. It is a tacit admission of guilt and it does show that these media outlets, blogs, kooky youtubers and tweeters do NOT have evidence to back up their crazy claims. They are backing down because they realize they crossed a line and placed themselves in legal jeopardy.

It remains to be seen what happens when the far left controls the WH and both houses of congress. Will congress and the DOJ go after those that took things further than simple defamation? Those that stirred insurrection, called for military tribunals, executions or overthrow of the government? Leftist governments have a history of doing so, and the left wing media is begging them to “punish” Trump supporters. Being “cancelled” isn’t enough. They want blood.

Yes, a Dominion tech in Colorado changed the precinct on Susie Voyles' poll pad in Georgia.

Also in Georgia, remote updates were done to voting machines before the "election", causing a couple of them to be offline the morning of said "election".
