So, I won't give specifics, but this exact thing happened late last night, and the recipient was given less than 8 hours notice to be at the indicated airfield this morning.

So, for purely speculation's sake - what the actual front door is going on???

Not to diminish the agenda of the Uniparty, one contributor to this is that bankrupt states see this as an opportunity to get Federal funding (our tax dollars) sent to their states for every fatty in uniform they send.

It's a two-fer for the states; get money from Uncle Fed and save money on their yearly budget for Guard weekends by having them fill the time on someone else's dime.

A friend’s stepson has recently gotten out of the Marines. They came and got him; he has to be at the Inauguration as a guard, I assume. I wonder why they’re using inactive Marines? I guess he might be in the Reserves, possibly. He’s currently in training for our local police department. He and his wife have three kids so, obviously, they’re worried about him.
