The FEMA part annoys me as I’ve always felt that whole setup was unconstitutional. But what he’s saying makes sense and since the Marine FEMA head is also now DHS head after the resignation, I would guess we have solid control on the white hat side.

LJ, I had to stop and re-listen to that podcast with DH. Sorry I know you could use more clues and I will try to “splain.” Hopefully some of our military law guys will chime in (looking around for Xone, maybe Lone Palm or Tx n Ma altho I forgot to ping)
Kesterson claims no “secret sources” but he read thru that joint chiefs letter, emphasizing that the letter does not point fingers at who is guilty of insurrection or violence. Also, they state the position that their job is following Constitution and protecting from enemies foreign and domestic.
And then Kesterson begins explaining much of the power that FEMA has. Due to emergency declaration in all states and territories he theorizes that it is possible that all or part of the US (but especially DC) could be under FEMA control now instead of insurrection act. I am not sure how much you are aware of FEMA’s possible power but I found it way too scary 30 years ago. However, in this case, if what Kesterson is theorizing they could drain the swamp in DC and every derp location on US soil.
It’s just a theory ok? He freely admits he has no intel on this. But we have asked on this thread:
1) why FEMA in DC?
2) what’s with 15000 NG in DC for a “virtual event?”
(he says with FEMA on the emergency that NG can be posse comitatus deputized fed law enforcement. He also stated that the DC guard can only be activated by the President, not mayor bowwow or Pentagon. Part of why I’d like our military minds)
3) where’s nazi nancy?

Honestly, I have a lot of questions about the facts/realities around this. I have no clue if this is a possible scenario. But at least this moderator asks questions himself and only presents as a possible scenario. Not based on privy information, super-secret sources etc.
I’m aware of ATT and other major phone companies pulling support of Reps. I’d like to withdraw from ATT; however, I’m in a bad spot. Literally, remote hill country and they are my only option.
Hallmark, Exxon, Walmart, etc. I am personally boycotting every company that announces their withdrawal from conservative voices. As another conservative voice stated, we must support alternative platforms.
I live remotely and have purchased much from Amazon; however, I can, and will support companies through their sites. A pain, yes.

I have been very disgusted with the existence of FEMA since I first learned of their power way back in the early ‘90’s. But I do not have knowledge enough to know if this Kesterson theory is feasible.
Also, I know we have rehashed Posse Comitatus many times and each time I’ve thought I understood but then I sleep. If FEMA is in control due to emergency could they use that? And does that mean NG could be deputized as Fed LEOs
Sorry for all the questions. Trying to be devil’s advocate to find holes in this theory.
