Parler's been shut down.
I do think it was just the new user rush that downed it. I hope.
I can reach it but refuse to make an account that has me provide my cell number.
So I wait till that rubbish is taken out as a form of legitimate registration.
If I wanted to be public I would be so.

Works for me, had to do a security check first (pics of bikes).
This is getting scary. On Wednesday, we had the attack on the White House, supposedly by Trump supporters, who are never violent, and who for some reason had no trouble getting into a place that is normally highly secure. Then came the 25th Amendment ploy followed by another impeachment attempt. Then Trump and other prominent conservatives were banned from social media. Now Parler is down.
Does anybody but me think that something big is going on? The democrats are totally overacting even by their standards, free speech is going out the window by the minute. This is crazy, maybe the other shoe is about to drop.

I have posted numerous times warning about the ugly trade deficits with China year after year. And every time I was attacked by “free traders” as being anti-capitalist.
Actually I am pro-foreign trade, but it has to be close to balanced. When you allow a country to export billions of dollars of manufactured goods to United States year after year, the result is demolition of domestic manufacturing industry which is primarily a middle class workers industry. On top of middle class jobs, the other country steals wealth from USA and can own the political class with the excess money.

I’m on Windows 10 and could access my feed on Edge browser after multiple attempts. The feed was also very slow to load. It might be that the servers are temporarily overloaded by a massive move from Twitter. I sure hope this is the reason.
I can’t get into the Parler app at all. When logging in it will timeout.
