As if these last few months have not been bad enough (our whole family had COVID prior to Christmas) with personal issues and the uproar of the election, this day I despair even more.
I have gotten to see some of what has actually happened, rather than just words. Jury is still out but I’ve seen enough.
1). There may have been many who just plain walked into the Capitol. But there was TOO MUCH actual vandalism (breaking doors and windows) and other violent behavior to EXCUSE THIS. Granted, maybe some were fakirs from the left trying to sabotage, but I doubt all of it. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS DESTRUCTION. WE WERE BETTER THAN THEY. THIS IS JUST MORE FODDER FOR THE COMMIES.
2). While I saw what happened, the hypocrisy over handling this 1 actual incident vs all the NUMEROUS RIOTS continuous over the last 6 months as well as in the past - ALWAYS leftists breaking into riots - is obnoxious. No asking the “protest” side what they think, or showing them sympathetically, unlike BLM On the news. Our new mayor in Baltimore told us “THIS IS WHAT WHITE SUPREMACY LOOKS LIKE”...bastard. What about all your black racists rioting endlessly?
3). Trump is not the one. What I heard of his trying to calm it was weak, he wasn’t into it, it was insincere. He was not forceful on people obviously going too far. The man is not Reagan, at all. If he were, there would have been a true landslide (not the fantasy landslide some imagine) and there would be none of this in question. And he himself probably would be calling the dogs on them. Trump is not the end-all be-all, and not the hill to die on. I see far too much kingly devotion to him rather than the USA. Do not confuse them.
PS: Sorry for your loss.
So sorry to hear about your mother in law....sending up prayers for you and your family.
The weight is on you.
Let some time go by.
i have my plan in place for Covid but boy have I had to jump through some hoops to get it..and it may not even work.
May your mother in law rest in peace
History is very clear on one point—the day of important events if the _worst_ time to try to analyze them. ;-)
Agree, but this has been bulding for years.Trump did need to be tougher.
That is the mark of Antifa, who already made it plain in advance that they were going to dress up in what they believed Trump supporters looked like (stereotypically) and do stuff like this. And of course, any vandalism is too much.
There may have been many who just plain walked into the Capitol. But there was TOO MUCH actual vandalism (breaking doors and windows) and other violent behavior to EXCUSE THIS …
Sorry to hear about your MiL. I hoped you would have more time with her.
You've documented all the fraud, calculated the changes and come up with what the final totals would have been?
Show your work, else your comment is fantasy.
Sorry for your loss.
The rest is largely bull excrement.
Trump was all alone, a few pretended to be his friends, but we saw their true colors today.
You say he was weak, I say he was outnumbered. Now we all know we have no friends in Washington DC, and frankly, I doubt we ever did since Reagan left, until Trump came along.
So sorry for your loss.
Sorry to hear about your Mother-In-Law. Prayers for you, your wife, and your family.
Sorry for your loss. DC was definitely the work of the left in disguise. If I ever decide “it’s time” ... well, I won’t be breaking doors and glass and such. Semi-random acts of destruction are the hallmark of the left.
Reagan had it easy, following up Jimmy Carter. Reagan was no outsider, a politician of many years. Anyone who attacked the establishment was going to be like Trump and was going to be attacked relentlessly. If not Trump, it would have been another straight-talker whom the Left and RINOs found offensive.
My sympathies for your loss.
When the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, we did not decline to retaliate because “we are better than they.”
The left made a sneak attack on the foundation of our Republic: the integrity of the vote.
The Chinese made a sneak attack on our people with covid-19. The left attacked our police and our cities, rendering one helpless to protect the other.
They have made a mockery of the law. And they’re just getting started.
This is all far worse than Pearl Harbor. So no, we’d better not be “better than they” if we want to survive.
I think you are missing what Trump’s greatest accomplishment has been, opening everyone’s eyes to what a traitorous, backstabbing, two-faced mob of scum the so called ruling class in D.C. are, and how they are bleeding us productive citizens dry to support their insatiable appetite for power ...
The label “mostly peaceful protest” only goes for Democrats.
The last few months have been insane beyond belief.
Sympathy on losing your MIL. I read your earlier post asking for prayers. I’m sure a rough day for you and your husband.
But, can’t have a landslide when the Dems steal elections. Trump’s vote was beyond his 2016 win. Enthusiasm was sky high for him. Did you attend a rally? I did. Ballot harvesting, fake ballots, moving ballets in, manipulating the votes going into Dominion machines, changing who the vote was for, and more means going forward no election is safe. Trump, voters came out big but fraud came in bigger.
And when we fought back, like the libs, it was a collective slap down from all of the DC swamp, the corrupt media and corporate America. Trump is the hill.
