What is ‘the secession’?
Secession seems to be a very complicated process which has to be approved by both houses of Congress and a majority of State legislatures.

I agree --- and the reason is obvious: it fantastically achieved its purpose: to stop the electoral college challenge. Who benefited the most from the 'riot' in D.C. - the Dems, the Uniparty.
Senate Majority Leader McConnell urged Repub senators to accept the Nov 3 election results without challenge. One report stated that, had the pubbies challenged the election, Sen. Sonny Perdue would not have faced a run off in Georgia, the Senate would not have been at risk to be lost to the Dem communists, and McConnell would still be leader of the Senate.
It was not part of the accepted script. The Republican Party is morphing back into the Whig Party. A new alternative is necessary... working on it!
