Is there a “state illegality brazenness threshold line” beyond which the Senate would do something? How brazen does the state illegality have to be before the Senators would not count state electoral votes?

He and Pence are correct. The fraud had to stop at the states’ level. Michigan legislators, and certifiers, are guilty of dereliction of duty, as an example. I am disgusted with my state leaders.

I was hoping that Trump would have the DNI report of the evidence of fraud that he would present to Congress. And he does not have it.
So Biden become President. I know that’s tough to take but it is right under the law and the Constitution.
