Posted on 01/04/2021 3:26:29 PM PST by A Cyrenian
Senator Roy Blunt advises I need to no longer worry about wearing a mask.
Any comments.

Yea, my brother had it and that is what he noticed, the fatigue.

When I was in my early 20s, I had viral pneumonia. I stayed out of work for two weeks but was not back to my full strength for about four months. Having fatigue during and after a bad virus is not new to COVID-19.

Triggered.
You must be one of those snowflake types can't stand independent citizens disagreeing with them.

Are you wearing a fit-tested N95 or better respirator, and are you trained in donning & doffing PPE? Good practical test on how to doff gloves.
Our research team greases nestbox poles for wood duck boxes. We use lithium grease.
Earlier this year, once the grease was applied, I asked some team members to try and take off the gloves WITHOUT getting red lithium grease on their hands.
The first few times, every person ended up with grease on the back of their hand or near the web.
Its challenging and you really have to focus. And that's just for gloves.

I’ve already had the virus. So I can’t get it and I can’t spread it. Why should I wear a mask?

“I wear a mask to protect myself....and use common sense washing hands, etc.“
It is likely your common sense hand washing is doing most of the work. The single greatest helper vs viruses mankind has seen is soap. Number two in the list is not even close.
Remember when our parents taught us to cover our mouth when we cough or sneeze and to wash our hands? Sound advice, which helped greatly and did not diminish the freedoms Americans cherish.

Indeed it is survivable.
Have you had it?
I have. I survived. Been on an inhaler now for months. Go out into the cold lung constriction......in the warmth, coughing for hours.
Have to sleep in a chair because I need be sitting up to breath best.
I’ve known a few other people with it that survived..........one has been in therapy for months. He’s now on supplemental Oxygen.
It hits you hard, but you can survive. The after effects however, are they really worth it?
To: walkingdead
Well said and on the money.
