Gotta feeling DC police have been threatened with a loss of their pension if they don’t side with Antifa. This is about to get ugly, if only because MAGA supporters will try to play nice.

10 years ago I watched a gang of feral youts in DC strip a beverage truck clean of product in a couple minutes.
Cops showed up after the fact and had a lot of sirens and flashing lights but didn’t do anything other than direct traffic.

Yes, the police protect Antifa. That’s the country we live in. The old U.S.A. many of us grew up in has ceased to exist. There is no “going back to normal.” This is the new normal. Not everyone is going to be happy, some people are going to have to move, it is likely to get ugly, but this thing cannot stay together.

More like the DC police are going to tangle with MAGA supporters — like they did last time, I believe. IIRC, as Trump people left the venue, the DC police were wrangling / funneling them into the street where BLM and Antifa were waiting to cause harm.
The STATE is ugly. Is there anything we can know from history that can preempt their attacks? The American stasi are right there protecting antifa’s wicked butts.

I think it will depend on how the police behave. If the police attack and over control the patriots it will be similar to Custer’s famous quote at the Little Big Horn, “Where did all those fn Indians come from?”

How DC security handles Antifa and Patriots will set the attitude of the Nation. If police mistreat the Trump patriots it is not going to be pretty for a long time. They better know who supports them and who wants to defund them.
