>>How many African villages could have been set up with running water and electricity had Zuckerman put half a billion dollars into doing that rather than nullifying the vote of legitimate US voters?
Zuckermuther: “Let China do it!”
All cultures are equal, and Whites are racist.
Africa can fix their own problems.
I know I’m “missing the point”.
I bought an African gentleman, that runs an orphanage, a 6000 gallon water tank. It’s a big tank, but that will do more for him than any money you can give him.
Now, if you are talking about money from a legitimate charity like World Vision, Samaritan's Purse or Heifer International, the impact is considerably more because the aforementioned charities (among others) take pains to ensure that not so much of it is stolen.
Half a billion?
Lifetime of TP.

I listened to it back in 2014, what stands out the most in my mind was that these idiots like Jeffrey Sachs who were dumping cash into “development projects” failed to realize that you have to build roads before connecting economies, and stuff like that.
Hayek’s “emergent order” always prevails over centralized solutions.
The entire world now knows how to do basic water treatment and public water systems.
The Africans can figure it out themselves and don’t need western leftist condescension
Isn’t Bill Gates and his wife always supposedly interested in helping Africa? Oh, that’s right. They use Africa for testing their population control vaccines. His father taught him that when his father was the head of Planned Parenthood.
As a result of this export of Socialism and the deadening repression of Islam Africa remains a basket case of failure

It might be easier to show equivalent stacks of food and supplies. Visuals matter.
That should be closer to 70 gallons per American and far more than a gallon for the average African in general. In an extended but temporary situation in a remote location (little adventure there), I did well with hygiene, dishes, laundry and all with about 20 gallons per day.
But yes, a few rich folks have taught some African subgroups to drill wells and maintain them. Most (masters of philanthropy in their own minds) have been more intent on getting enormous numbers of cellphones and cell infrastructure to Africans for the purpose of having them all migrate to countries like ours to join us in global slavery and overcrowding under the self-described philanthropists.
A lot of black lives could be saved if they only had clean water.
The past 3 months I’ve used only 700 gallons per month.
None. Dumping a half a billion on any African nation will watch it evaporate and vanish into thin air.
Africa is beyond help, It has always been brutal and ignorant, and had a brief moment in the sun thanks to colonization.
Now it is headed back into deep ignorance.
All that can happen there is wasting money, and picaninny trips and photos for US College are girls who just HAVE work for an NGO.
Multiple charity groups have gone to Africa over the years to drill water wells and add pumps, only to have them destroyed and the wells poisoned/contaminated.
None. The warlords and despots would have pocketed all the cash themselves. It’s how they do it in 3rd world hell-holes.
NONE!!! It is NOT a question of money. It is a question of culture. Africans live the way they do because they like it. No amount of money or welfare will change that.
Meh. A lot of the aid to goes to Africa just gets in the hand of corrupt governments and is deposited to numbered accounts in the Caribbean. I never got this “why don’t the rich spend money on this” bs. It’s his money to spend as he wishes.
