The actual answer to your question is very little because the dictators and other politicians steal most of it before it arrives at a village.

Now, if you are talking about money from a legitimate charity like World Vision, Samaritan's Purse or Heifer International, the impact is considerably more because the aforementioned charities (among others) take pains to ensure that not so much of it is stolen.
