I was at a local zoo today.
They had a display up showing how much water the average American uses compared to the average African.
They had a gallon jug hanging next to a 150-gallon barrel. They were suspended from a rope to give you an idea of the difference in mass between the two.
It got me thinking.
How many African villages could have been set up with running water and electricity had Zuckerman put half a billion dollars into doing that rather than nullifying the vote of legitimate US voters?
Does anyone have any ideas on this topic?

Zuckermuther: “Let China do it!”
All cultures are equal, and Whites are racist.
Africa can fix their own problems.
I know I’m “missing the point”.
I bought an African gentleman, that runs an orphanage, a 6000 gallon water tank. It’s a big tank, but that will do more for him than any money you can give him.
Now, if you are talking about money from a legitimate charity like World Vision, Samaritan's Purse or Heifer International, the impact is considerably more because the aforementioned charities (among others) take pains to ensure that not so much of it is stolen.
Half a billion?
Lifetime of TP.
I think Sam Kinison had the answer.

I listened to it back in 2014, what stands out the most in my mind was that these idiots like Jeffrey Sachs who were dumping cash into “development projects” failed to realize that you have to build roads before connecting economies, and stuff like that.
Hayek’s “emergent order” always prevails over centralized solutions.
The entire world now knows how to do basic water treatment and public water systems.
The Africans can figure it out themselves and don’t need western leftist condescension
Isn’t Bill Gates and his wife always supposedly interested in helping Africa? Oh, that’s right. They use Africa for testing their population control vaccines. His father taught him that when his father was the head of Planned Parenthood.
As a result of this export of Socialism and the deadening repression of Islam Africa remains a basket case of failure
Our church has a catholic missionary talk to us about the water and wells they are building in many Africa villages..Over the last 20 years we have built hundreds of wells for villagers...Annnnd he comes back every year telling us how great it is ,but more needs to be done.....
I plan on buying a second water tank for my gentleman, maybe at the end of the month. I’m trying to help him at the foundational level and allowing him to build on that.
It might be easier to show equivalent stacks of food and supplies. Visuals matter.
100 years ago, racist ex-KKK leader and planned parenthood board of director,Lothrop Stoddard, wrote a book that said Africans were morons and whites or Asians would always be controlling them.....100 years later here we are.......
That should be closer to 70 gallons per American and far more than a gallon for the average African in general. In an extended but temporary situation in a remote location (little adventure there), I did well with hygiene, dishes, laundry and all with about 20 gallons per day.
But yes, a few rich folks have taught some African subgroups to drill wells and maintain them. Most (masters of philanthropy in their own minds) have been more intent on getting enormous numbers of cellphones and cell infrastructure to Africans for the purpose of having them all migrate to countries like ours to join us in global slavery and overcrowding under the self-described philanthropists.
A lot of black lives could be saved if they only had clean water.
